With no calories or sugar, this is as much a health drink as a delicious beverage: it contains 5g of indigestible dextrin (a source of dietary fiber) per 470ml (16 fl oz) bottle. Coca-Cola says that drinking one Coca-Cola Plus per day with food will help suppress fat absorption and help moderate the levels of triglycerides in the blood after eating.
