That's why some clever designers have come up with the FireWood, a light and illumination accessory that will transform the atmosphere in your home (or your desk) at the flick of a switch.
Enjoy the crackle of burning firewood and embers, courtesy of gentle red LED light. You can even connect it up to your music player so your desktop can hum with harmonies emitted from the glowing speaker. There are three modes: "Music" for hooking up the mini fireplace to your MP3 player or smartphone; "Outdoor" mode for recreating the wonders of a fire; and "Lighting", which features a touch sensor for reducing or increasing the strength of the illumination.
