We at JapanTrendShop are particular about our ice. Anyone who has ever used our line-up of Ice Ball Molds will know that we take making ice seriously and that the results are not just aesthetic, but enhance the whole beverage experience. So when we saw the Polar Ice we knew straightaway we had to offer it to all the world.
Designed by Atsuhiro Hayashi, the eco-conscious Polar Ice is cool in both the literal and metaphorical sense! The set features two ice cube molds, each one producing an ice block for your drink decorated with a detailed Arctic or Antarctic animal on top of a floating iceberg. One will craft a grand polar bear to reign over your beverage of choice, while the other creates a pair of penguins for when you are in the mood for something cuter.
Just freeze water in the two cups and then twist the amazing creatures out of the flexible silicone Polar Ice molds and into your drink. Watch as they slowly melt, much like the actual Global Warming situation facing their real life counterparts. There's also nothing to stop you from being creative and using the molds to create original ice creams and other desserts!
