Designed by Shunsuke Takahashi for Arnest, it's a flat mat that can be placed right over your sink, saving on valuable counter occupancy when you are in the midst of cooking.
It is made from steel bars coated in silicone and comes in either orange or green, so would suit best those with rather pop tastes. But not just bold aesthetics, this funky draining board can support up to 10kg (22lb) and you will find its shape very useful for storing almost any dish or item of kitchenware. The silicone coating is also designed to prevent slippage.
Attention has even been paid to drainage, as water and air can circulate through the bars and also the perforation in the side strip where you can drain your cutlery.
